Preston Lim has aggressively litigated, tried, and won cases for his clients. He advises and counsels clients in matters relating to litigation, employment, and personal injury. Prior to joining Lim Law Group, P.C., Preston worked at top boutique law firms in Los Angeles, where he resolved business disputes for a broad range of clients. Preston has also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable S. Preston is active in the Asian American community. He serves as an Executive Board of Directors of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California (KABA), and served as a Regional Governor for the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL). Preston received his B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was the executive articles editor for the Technology Innovation and Commerce Law Review. The case involved a promoter seeking millions of dollars in damages in connection with a highly publicized concert in Los Angeles, California. The case was dismissed with prejudice on a dispositive motion based on grounds of res judicata.
